Siva Kalavagunta, Chief Executive Officer
Siva sets the strategic direction for IntelliSavvy and its portfolio of services, building a leadership team that drives disciplined execution. He leads the technology transformation practice and AI strategy, defining digital and AI led initiatives that help businesses scale and innovate through architecture, AI enabled engineering, and measurable outcomes tied to value.
Before founding IntelliSavvy, Siva served as Chief Technology Officer at Xpressdocs, overseeing platform development, architecture, UI and UX, infrastructure, and operations. He led a business agility transformation, shaped integration for acquired platforms to improve EBITDA, and scaled the platform to support higher transaction volumes, strengthening product delivery and exit readiness.
Earlier, Siva was Vice President at Angie’s List, leading the ecommerce platform and mobile applications. At Sabre and Verizon, he delivered airline systems, including integration of the MCI and Verizon billing portals. He holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a CEO leadership certification from Berkeley Haas.
Allen Yallapragada, Executive Vice President – Delivery
Allen leads global delivery, business enablement, and customer relationships at IntelliSavvy, ensuring services align with business needs and drive long term success. With decades of experience, he has led IT services and contracts exceeding $500 million for Fortune 500 companies across manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and telecommunications.
Previously, as COO at NASCO, he managed a $60 million budget and improved operations for major BCBS Plans. At HP Mexico, he led $60 million in revenue and managed $300 million in contracts. At General Motors, he implemented SAP manufacturing systems in China, reducing costs by $4 million per plant annually and supporting production growth through joint venturesHe holds an MBA from Central Michigan University and a master’s in electrical engineering from Tuskegee University.
Prashan Fernando, AI Strategy Advisor – Threat IntelligenCE
Prashan serves as AI Strategy Advisor at IntelliSavvy, where he plays a key role in shaping the company's internal development of AI-powered platforms for physical security and threat intelligence. With a strong focus on generative AI, behavioral modeling, and risk-based decision frameworks, Prashan brings deep technical and strategic expertise to IntelliSavvy’s growing portfolio of threat-focused solutions.
Prior to joining IntelliSavvy, Prashan spent more than two decades at Verizon, where he led enterprise initiatives across Corporate Security, Cloud Security, Billing Analytics, Solution Architecture, and IT Development. His work there included the design and deployment of large-scale AI systems for detecting insider threats, fraud, and physical risk using advanced analytics and machine learning.
Prashan is passionate about applying AI responsibly and practically in high-stakes security environments, helping organizations evolve from reactive to intelligence-led decision-making.
Brian Xu, Chief Architect
Brian leads enterprise architecture initiatives, designing technology roadmaps that align with customer business goals while establishing technology standards and high-level designs for new projects. His focus is on developing scalable, reliable enterprise applications that drive digital transformation.
With over 20 years of experience, he has worked extensively in enterprise application development, product digitization, big data, deep learning, and predictive data analytics. At Verizon, he led the design and implementation of mission-critical applications for enterprise, wholesale, and retail operations. He also played a key role in developing an AI-powered discount prediction tool and a big data processing system for contract renewals, earning the Verizon Excellence Award twice.
Brian holds a master’s degree in computer science from South Carolina and a bachelor’s degree from Xian University, China.
