Siva Kalavagunta, Chief Executive Officer
As the Chief Executive Officer of IntelliSavvy, Siva sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company and its portfolio of offerings, while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. He also leads the Technology transformation practice and responsible for building the best practices to identify and implement digital transformation strategy.
Before founding IntelliSavvy, Siva was CTO at Xpressdocs where he was responsible for technology platform development, architecture, UI/UX, infrastructure and operations. He led the enterprise business agility transformation and played a pivotal role in building integration strategy for acquired platforms to improve EBIDTA and scale the technology platform to handle twice the volume of transactions. He introduced best practices for product development, operations and several exit readiness activities to support successful sale of the company.
He served as Vice President at Angies List where he led development of ecommerce platform and mobile development. He held multiple leadership roles in Sabre where he led the development of Airline reservations, operations and customer loyalty products. Prior to Sabre, Siva was with Verizon where he built order fulfillment, claim management and call center applications. He played a key role in integrating MCI and Verizon enterprise billing portals.
Siva holds a Masters Degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University and Masters in computer applications from Osmania University, India.
Allen Yallapragada, Executive Vice President – Delivery
Allen has overall strategic and operational responsibility for the entire portfolio of IntelliSavvy offerings. He oversees the key functions of global delivery, business enablement and strengthening customer relationships by offering customized services to fit our customers business needs.
Allen is an accomplished executive with decades of experience in leading and growing service-based global businesses providing IT services oversight for highly matrixed staffs and contracts in excess of $500 million for Fortune 500 companies in Manufacturing, Technology, Health Care and Telecommunications industries.
As Chief Operations Officer at NASCO, he managed $60M budget and provided operational support for NASCO’s 8 major BCBS Plans processing 150 million claims at greater than 80% first-pass rate; saved $400,000 annually by consolidating multiple Information Processing Centers.
As VP of International Operations for HP at Mexico, he was responsible for service delivery and responsible for $60M revenue and $300M contracts administration. As a Client Executive in Texas Instruments, he increased new business growth by $10 million during a 3-year tenure.
At General Motors, he led the implementation of first SAP manufacturing foot print for GM Manufacturing plants in China reducing operational costs by $4million/plant/year. He Launched 13 new products to increase the market share in Asia Pacific Region, led the execution of 5 Joint Ventures increasing manufacturing volume from 400,000 units per year to 1.5 million units per year, setting the foundation for the 2nd largest global market. As a Regional Manager at GM, he was responsible for the operations of two assembly plants and a data center.He was instrumental in winning The Malcolm Bridge Quality award for Cadillac division of General Motors.
Allen recieved his MBA from Central Michigan University and Masters in Electrical Engineering from Tuskegge university.
Srikant Vemparala, Partner – Cloud Services
Srikant Vemparala is a technology veteran and serial entrepreneur. He heads our Cloud services division through our sister company 9Logic Technologies Inc. He is responsible for the growth, delivery, and execution of the Cloud related projects. Prior to joining IntelliSavvy, Srikant was the President at Kalvi Consulting Services Inc and also worked at Microsoft for a decade in various leadership roles. Srikant has a Master’s in Computer Science from University of Texas and a Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering from India. Outside of work Srikant can be found spending time with family and playing poker. When you chat with him he will fill you in on his plans to win the WSOP Main Event.

Dharman has over 30 years of experience helping multi-national clients across geographies and industries expand into new markets, develop new capabilities, achieve operational excellence, leverage global supply chain and deliver outstanding performance. Brian Xu, Chief Architect
Brian is our technology guru. He is responsible for assessing, designing and executing enterprise architecture programs. He paves the path by creating the technology roadmap to align to our customer business goals, establishing technology standards, high level design for new projects and, developing scalable & reliable enterprise applications.
Brian is a savvy technologist with 20+ years of experience in building complex enterprise applications, product digitization, big data, deep learning and, predictive data analytics.
As an Architect at Verizon, he led several design and implementation of mission critical applications to support Enterprise, wholesale and retail product ordering, workflow, call center automation and customer portals. He played a pivotal role in designing AI powered discount prediction and recommendation tool by applying deep learning algorithms. He led a team to build Big data gathering and processing tool to store and analyze enterprise service data for contract renewal process. He received Verizon Excellence Award twice during his tenure at Veizon, a program which honors Verizon employees for their contributions in serving customers, communities, shareholders, and colleagues.
